Healthy benefits of a baking soda bath
The baking soda bath can be prepared with or without pure sea salt. Recommendations follow below. If using salt, Celtic sea salt is highly recommended, but any pure sea salt may be used. This bath helps to clear radiation, cleanse the auric field, and clear lymphatic congestion from the body. You can use baking soda alone if your intention is mainly to cleanse the harmful effects of radiation. If you want to purge the auric field of negative vibrations, try adding sea salt (see below).
Preparing the bath
For the combination of baking soda plus sea salt, prepare as follows: - Use two pounds of each substance together. When you fill the tub with hot water, make sure you leave enough room at the top so that the water doesn't overflow when you step into the tub.
- Do not make the water hotter than you can stand. If you tend to sweat profusely, make the water warm, rather than hot.
- If you are diabetic or chronically ill please consult your doctor before taking any kind of hot baths or detox baths. Please use extreme caution.
- Soak for 20-30 minutes. Hotter water makes for a more powerful cleansing but be careful. It is not necessary to shower or rinse off after bathing.
To bathe without sea salt: - Use three to four pounds of baking soda alone
- Soak for 20-30 minutes; no need to rinse off afterward
This is a helpful therapy for those suffering from substance abuse problems. Prolonged drug and alcohol use disturb the body's electrical field and weaken resistance to negative external energies. The detox baths recommended in this website are very helpful for cleansing negative energies that are attracted by the unstable vibrations of chemically processed foods, "junk" food, drugs and alcohol.
The friction sitz bath: simple yet powerful
Many types of natural detox baths were developed in the late 1800s by healers and naturalists of high regard, such as Dr. Sebastian Kniepp, Dr. Benjamin Lust, and Louis Kuhne. Louis Kuhne developed a therapeutic hydrotherapy regimen called the Friction Sitz Bath which helped a great number of his patients. The friction sitz bath can be easily done by anyone who has a bathtub or a bidet and a washcloth. This bath can be done a few times a week for health maintenance or twice a day for those wishing to get relief from toxic lower bowel syndromes such as constipation, bowel congestion, indigestion, IBS, sluggish circulation, hip pain, lower limb pain, and general circulatory problems. The Detox Bath E-Book is a thorough and comprehensive guide to the whys, ways, and hows of detox baths and their benefits.
